Melinda Bugg
As Managing Director, Operations and Administration, Melinda is the operational glue that keeps Rosemont running. As part of our close-knit team, she wears many hats—overseeing compliance and reporting, managing HR and vendor relationships, handling expenses and accounts payable, coordinating audit and tax engagements, planning travel and events, and keeping our marketing calendar and materials on track. She also leads the firm’s technology efforts, including business continuity planning, disaster recovery programs, and related vendor oversight.
Melinda joined Rosemont in 2003, bringing with her a strong background in operations and executive support from earlier roles in financial services and healthcare. With decades of experience and a steady hand, she keeps the day-to-day humming and the big picture in focus.
She holds a BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.
